Please note that this condo is available November 1st through April 30th only (6 month lease). This is a chalet style condo with amazing 180 degree views of the White mountains. Stairs will lead you from the parking area down to the condo which is located on the ground floor. Once inside, you'll enjoy, plush carpets, a modern kitchen, a sectional sofa, and everything you need to cook, bake, play games, and relax. The kitchen, dining room, and living room are all an open space where you can sit and enjoy time together. There is a full bath off of a short hallway that comes with a washer and dryer. At the end of the hall you'll find both bedrooms, one of which has a master bath attached. Both bedrooms and the main living space, have air conditioners for the summer months, while electric baseboard heaters will keep you warm during the cooler times of year. You'll enjoy your own private patio with sliding glass doors so that you can take in the 180 view of the white mountains. Renter pays all utilities. No pets allowed. No parties. Maximum occupancy: 4 Fireplace available for use with additional security deposit.
