As nature is very important to us, we are looking for a tenant that is aligned with those same principles of preserving the environment by using biodegradable products in and outside the house. Tenant pays for utilities (electric, oil). No smoking allowed inside the house. Full grown small dog allowed upon disclosure, no cats.
