No parties, events, performing artists, or bands are allowed at any time, which are cause for eviction with no refund. If any damage impacts the ability to offer the home for future guests, you will be held liable. The property is cooled with window air conditioning units installed in May and removed in September. Each unit has both a cooling and fan function, and each room with a window AC unit also has a fan. High-speed WiFi is available, suitable for work or play.
