The downstairs area boasts an open concept design with one bedroom featuring two twin beds and a full bath. Upstairs, you'll find a king and queen bedroom, another full bath, and an additional sitting area. Each bedroom in the cottage is equipped with a fan for your comfort. The property includes a washer and dryer and a well-equipped kitchen, ensuring you have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Linens and towels are not provided but are available to rent at our office. The property includes internet, cable, and a DVD player for entertainment, as well as a gas grill for outdoor cooking. Please note that smoking is not allowed on the premises. The cottage's prime location offers shared waterfront access just steps away, with a dock available for loading and unloading only. Although mooring is not available, a swim float is provided for your enjoyment. The nearby larger sandy beach is perfect for leisurely strolls and sunbathing. The property has a no-smoking policy.
