All potential residents must be non-smokers.
Occupancy is limited to 2 people per bedroom.
If all minimum qualifications are met, applicants will be invited to a phone interview to schedule an in-person tour of the property. Before the tour can take place, applicant must provide positive references from all previous landlords for the past 5 years.
