The property was dirty. I will not rent off this man and his assistant. I put it like that because, I have waited since October 7, to see the 1bedroom apartment. I had to tell him, I was calling Zillow to tell you. I have at least, 9 to 10 apartments I have been trying to see. He never calls back. I am not alone, a lot of the people there that day said they have the same problem. If your wondering why your not renting places, he or she, never calls anyone back. Right now, I have 6 other apartments I want to see, but I doubt very much I will get a call to see them through your company and him(I say him, and her, because nobody gave me there name). My name is Faithe Bortz, ask him if he's e-mailed me back on any the apartments, I've asked to see. If he says yes, he's lying to you. E-mail me, I'll answer you, truthfully. Thank you.

The property was dirty, but you could overlook that, they were still working there. But the property manger and his assistant, a different story. I started out on October 9, trying to get him to show me, the one bedroom at 7 Anthony St. And because I complained and told him I was going over his head to the owner, I got to see the 2 bedroom at 7 Anthony. I complained to his assistant, and she gave about 10 different excuses why he never got back to me. I have tried since October to see apartments that are listed by this person, I call him this person, because I don't know his name, I know his assistant' s name, Sharon. I have tried to get an appointment with thus man, under your company, Zillow, since October, he never, nor does she, call anyone back. I stood outside for 10 minutes, and there was no body that talked nice about this man. One woman said she had been trying to get him, or her, to show, or answer her e-mail mails, from before the state shut down. The assistant told her she was wrong because, they never stopped showing. I was outside an could hear this woman's frustration. Then, when she walked out, and Sharon turned to a gentleman to talk to him, Sharon said, and I quote, " and she won't get another appointment either. Who does she think she is?". I left without talking to Sharon. If this is the people you have showing your properties, I don't think I'll be renting any of your properties. And, from the way the other people who were there, I don't think they will either. One lady was there, she said the only reason she was there was because, they took her deposit, and then RENTED the apartment to someone else. This man, and his assistant, who work under your name, doesn't call anybody back, and apparently is underhanded with money.I will think twice about calling him again, and if I do, I will not give him any money. Be careful, this man, and his assistant, is costing you money, and a bad reputation.
