Incredibly convenient for visiting or working in Burbank, Studio City, or NoHo, and a quick ride to downtown too.
The apartment has it's own small private patio, and overlooks a peaceful, walled garden with a gurgling water fountain. There is a new, full kitchen with two-burner cooktop, microwave and fridge. Large walk-in closet, a full-sized private washer and dryer, and a brand-new bathroom with tiled shower (no tub). (Apartment can be rented unfurnished or furnished.)
An off-street parking space is included.
