All of the windows throughout the home allow for lots of natural light to flow through. There's a ton of storage and counter space for cooking and entertaining. Both the living room and bedroom have a new fan on the ceiling. Enjoy a meal in the breakfast nook that has access to an expansive Trex deck off the back side of the house, which overlooks the river. Great for entertaining and enjoying a nice sunny day with friends or family. Off the living room is a nicely sized bedroom. There is a large closet with sliding mirrored doors as well as two large cupboards for additional storage. Tenant is responsible for hand watering the plants in the back yard and taking care of minor weeding. Applicants cannot have any record of bankruptcies in the last two years or any previous unlawful detainers.
