Bayshore Surprise is ideally located six miles south of downtown Bradenton in a quiet and scenic neighborhood just 100 yards from Sarasota Bay, a paradise for fishing enthusiasts. It is located next to the Bayshore Gardens Park and Recreation District, which has picnic tables, sports facilities, a playground, and bay access. Other nearby attractions include the De Soto Heritage Festival, the Riverwalk (Downtown Bradenton), a 1.5-mile scenic path along the Manatee River, a public boat dock, an amphitheater and a family-fun zone with a splash pad. Sarasota-Bradenton International Airport is just 4.5 miles away. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Guests must be 21 or older to book; guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Absolutely no prom, graduation, or other large parties or events are permitted. The maximum number of house guests must equal the maximum number of sleeping accommodations, which allows for eight guests. All guests are required to sign the Rental Agreement and fill out a Check-In Form prior to arrival. A noise detector has been installed in the house to notify you if the sound has reached a level that could disturb the neighbors; noise must be kept below 65 db during quiet hours. The boat lift, kayaks and hot tub are not included in the rental. A maximum of one boat is allowed.
