And, the heat pump aspect is perfect for taking the chill off on those slightly fresher January and February evenings. The cottage has everything you will need for an enjoyable and comfortable living experience. There is a beautiful large, fenced yard with many plants and trees which is secluded for relaxing and barbecuing on your private deck. The deck is accessed directly from the cottage so you can go outside to enjoy the incredible Florida mornings, sitting drinking a cup of coffee and reading the morning paper. And in the evenings, you can enjoy sitting by the fire pit which is located on a lighted patio area in the center of the yard. The kitchen is fully fitted with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, garbage disposal, toaster and the dining area has a 42-inch round table with four chairs. The spacious bedroom has a queen-sized bed, night stands, chest of drawers, built-in closet and en-suite bathroom which is bright and cheery with nice strong in-tub shower.
