Property
Condition was ok, old a/c. Ugly swamp cooler and heaters that don’t work and will blow up if you attempt to turn them on. No utilities included.
Management
She was nice but a bit young and unprofessional. While showing us the apartment her roommate walked by and she yelled out to her in the middle of our conversation. When I had questions about the flooring coming undone she complained about how horrible maintenance was and that I would have to contact them should I chose to rent
