The meet up at the property went very well. The owners family was pleasant explaining the rental agreement and the remodeling that had recently been completed. The daughter and daughter-in-law who manage the rental couldn’t have been more compassionate willing to take the risk on renting to a single mom. I am thankful to them and for Zillow that made this rental happen.
