Linens, towels, dishware, all utilities, wifi and trash are inlcuded with the monthly rental. This unit is available November through March 15th. We are located 7.5 miles from Lake Ozark in a peaceful and serene location. This is a seasonal month to month rental from November 1 to March 15. A longer term may be available with advance notice.
