1 block off the Acequia for hiking
2 blocks from 4th street with a park, banking, restaurants, stores etc.. within walking distance.

Electric is sub-metered and you pay for your use
Gas has its own meter and must be set up in your name
Tenant is required to water and maintain the plants, shrubs, trees and flower beds as well as seasonal yard maintenance.
Pets may be approved at the landlords discretion but limited in quantity and breed due to insurance requirements. The yard is not fully fenced.
We also require proof of current vaccination and spay or neuter to approve any animal.
Liability insurance for dogs required
Pet deposit is in addition to normal deposit.
