Enjoy the large full kitchen, dining area, outdoor pool loungers, firepit, and outdoor sitting. The home also includes a free washer and dryer for your convenience. If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, the cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. We welcome furry friends with a written notification from the guest and approval by the host. We allow up to one house-trained dog with a pet fee of $150. There are 2 parking spots available in the driveway, and propane for grills is provided by the guests. Located in the Palm River-Clair Mel area of East Tampa, this property offers everything you need for a fantastic stay. Just a short drive to Downtown Tampa, approximately 11 minutes, you can easily access all of Tampa's top attractions, dining, and shopping. You'll have easy access to major highways like I-75 and the Selmon Expressway, making it convenient to get to downtown or the airport. The dock located on the property is strictly off-limits for guest use for safety and liability reasons. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The home is not baby-proofed, and no third-party bookings are allowed unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors by keeping excessive noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM. No smoking, drugs, fireworks, or firearms are allowed on the property. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund and pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
