Settle into the writer's desk and gaze over at Mary Jane. Please note, the maximum occupancy is 10 guests. The penthouse features a cozy rustic-industrial decor, offering a spacious living area with high ceilings. It includes a dining area that seats 10, a living room furnished with a super comfortable leather sofa and chairs, a 65" big-screen TV, and a soundbar perfect for movie nights and game days. The kitchen, equipped with a breakfast bar, adds to the charm of this exclusive, one-of-a-kind unit, conveniently located just steps from the elevator no long hallways to navigate! Residents can also enjoy a large common deck with a 20-person hot tub and fireplace, as well as an outdoor grill. A ski locker is available for all your ski equipment. Heated underground parking is available for winter guests, which is paid. You'll have your own spacious private deck overlooking the village and resort, with full access to the amenities deck. Additionally, there is a shower and restroom on the third level near the amenities deck, providing convenient access to a third bathroom. Parking Information: Summer Parking: FREE. We will send you a parking QR code for easy access. Winter Parking: PAID at $21/night (price may vary). Instructions for purchasing a parking pass will be sent separately. Please note that there is NO free parking at the resort during ski season. The underground parking at Fraser Crossing/Founders Pointe is heated, and carts are available on Floors 1 and 2 near the elevators for your convenience. When entering the parking area, please inform the attendant that you are a guest at Fraser Crossing. Access is from the Founders Point side on the right, so have your parking pass ready for entry and exit. You can park anywhere within the garage, but the Fraser Crossing side is closest. The typical pass duration is noon to noon, but please check the purchase site for specific details. Resort Bus and The Lift: Accessing the city's bus service is easy. Download the app "The Lift Rider" for Winter Park, CO, or use your GPS locator for convenience. Enjoy your stay! House Rules: 1. No Smoking/Vaping of any kind in the unit or on the deck 2. No pets 3. No parties or events. This is an extremely nice unit with nice furniture in it. 4. All ski/board equipment is to be kept in the ski locker (#3601) on the first floor. No skis or boards are to be brought up to the unit. The locker key is hanging on the coat rack if you want to lock the locker. No bikes are to be brought up to the unit either. 5. No shoes are to be worn in the unit 6. MAX OCCUPANCY 10 PERSONS TOTAL, no matter age 7. No guests under the age of 8 yrs old 8. Hot tub towels come from the unit, just make sure they come back (Hot Tub is open from 9Am til 9Pm daily) - Refer to Hot Tub Advisory 9. We are unable to provide propane for the deck grill and heaters for guests as an HOA restriction. If you need to use grills, please use the grills in the Amenity Deck at 3rd Floor.
