After a day exploring the trails, relax in the full bathroom with a large soaking tub and separate shower perfect for easing tired muscles and warming up after a day outdoors. The condo is thoughtfully stocked with everything you need for a seamless stay, including high-speed WiFi and cable TV, a well-equipped kitchenette for light meals and snacks, fresh linens and bath towels, hot tub towels if needed, and a private storage locker for skis, boards, bikes, and outdoor gear. One of the best perks is heated underground parking right at the base of Winter Park Resort no scraping snow, hauling gear through the cold, or worrying about parking. You are just steps from the gondola and a short walk to Winter Park Village, where you will find charming shops, great restaurants, cozy apres spots, Starbucks, and some of the best breakfast in town. The condo is also within walking distance of the beautiful Fraser River Art Trail, featuring rotating local artwork along a scenic riverside path perfect for a peaceful stroll any time of year. Whether you are hiking, biking, enjoying festivals, or simply soaking in the fresh alpine air, this condo offers the perfect place to experience the best of mountain living in Winter Park. Lease term must be at least 6 months, within the timeframe of mid-April through the end of November. Last month's rent is due at signing. Quiet hours in the building are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking in the unit, on the private deck, or on the building amenity deck. No pets. However, if this is a deal breaker, we may consider a pet only for tenants staying the full term from mid-April through the end of November.
