Has a balcony on the second floor with a slider. Has a dishwasher in unit to make doing dishes a breeze. A/C unit built into the wall in one of the bedrooms. Each bedroom has a decent sized closet. Washer and dryer in the building for tenant use. Carport available for an additional $25 a month. Rent INCLUDES ALL UTILITIES except for electric which would be in your name through consumers energy.
