This is a lovely 2.5 bedroom apartment with 1.5 bath in East Berkshire, Vermont. The house was built a century ago and still maintains the charm of it's hardwood flooring. There are two good sized bedrooms with closets (one is a walk-in) upstairs along with a full bath, and a trunk room. The trunk room is windowless so not a bedroom, but can be used as an office, or as a large walk-in closet or storage. On the main floor the living room is huge with two distinct sections that can be used as one large living space, a living and dining room, or an be partitioned off to have a 3rd bedroom on the ground floor. Also on the main floor is a good sized eat in kitchen with a table, a mudroom with washer/dryer hook ups and a half bath. Off the mudroom is a small porch (big enough for a few chairs and small table, with access to a private driveway for the unit and the spacious backyard. Tenants will enjoy an external basement room that has electric and was used for a workshop previously and can be used as additional storage by adding a padlock.
