We are looking for a responsible, low-key individual or couple to rent our 2 bedroom and 2 bath UNFURNISHED apartment located on the lower level of our residence on a private drive in Granite Hills. We prefer someone who works outside the home. The property is on a hill overlooking El Cajon valley. It provides driveway parking for up to two vehicles and has a separate outdoor entrance. NOTE: there are 9 steps down to apartment. 836 square foot apartment includes all utilities: garbage, sewer, water, Wi-Fi, electricity, gas, satellite and access to the pool. There are 3 dogs on the 1 acre property but we might consider a dog depending on the circumstances and with an additional deposit. No smoking is allowed in the unit but okay in the common/pool area. The rent is $2600 per month with a $2600 cleaning/security deposit. It is available immediately and we are considering applicants currently. Applications will require a non-refundable payment of $25 for credit and background check. A credit score of 670+. can only accommodate 2 individuals due to septic system limits of the home. Occupancy will be month to month with a 30-day notice to vacate by either party. No smoking in the unit. Parking will be in the driveway in a designated space. First month's rent and deposit due before moving in and due on the first of each month and will be considered late if not paid by the 5th of the month. ($50 fee if not paid on time) Cash, cashier's check, or VENMO (preferred) required. Pets are not allowed. Quiet time from 11 pm to 8 am.
