Dogs are allowed with a maximum of 3, and a fee of $90 per dog is required prior to your stay. Parking is available in the garage and driveway only. No parties or events are allowed unless pre-arranged with the host and the event fee has been paid. Unauthorized parties will incur a fine of $1000. This is a non-smoking home, and smoking will result in a $1000 fine plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. Parking in the street or on the lawn is prohibited and will result in a $100 fine. Quiet hours are after 10 PM.
