The Master Suite features a king-size bed with a TV, the Guest Suite also has a king-size bed with a TV, a guest room with two bunk beds (full on bottoms, twin on top bunks), and a game-room in a separate detached guest casita/pool house room with a queen pull-out couch. Additional couches and a cot can accommodate up to 14-15 people, with 12 being more comfortable. The backyard offers an optional heated pool with a new water slide, a BBQ grill, an outdoor patio TV, and a pool house game room with a big Wi-Fi-enabled TV, a ping pong table, and a bumper pool table/poker table. Optional pool heating is available at a daily rate of $75 for stays of five days or more, and $100 per day for stays of four days or less, with a monthly rate of $1250. One dog is allowed with approval, and a non-refundable pet fee will be added to your booking. A $400/month electric cap applies in the summer months (June through September) for full-month reservations, with guests liable for any overages.
