Applications are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. What do we look for in an applicant? --Income should be 3.5 times the amount of expected monthly rent. Example: If the expected rent will be $350 $350 x 3.5 = $1,225 monthly income --Good Rental Reference for at least 2 years or past home ownership. (If not, you will be required to pay a higher than 1-month deposit) --We will conduct a Background Check and Credit Check for each person on the application. (Criminal history do not automatically disqualify you. Previous Evictions outside of Covid mandates and Outstanding Debts to any Landlords are grounds for denial of an application.) --To qualify your credit score has to be 600 or better. $45 Application Fee (Non-Refundable) to be paid before we will process your application (No Personal Checks).
