Property
I felt the condition of the home was very poor. They had a two burner electric hot plate type thing for a stove with no oven and also no counters or counter space for a kitchen. It was very small and the owner pointed out that if they don't leave the two doors locked homeless people come in and sleep in the hallways. I would not recommend this rental to anyone.
Management
He did answer my questions, but I feel this apartment would be an appropriate unless it was a single person who barely occupied it.
