Communicated often, and let us know even when we didn't get it which was greatly appreciated.

Not responsive/communicate. Asked questions that legally weren’t allowed (service dogs). Shook our hands agreeing to property and didn’t look at our application for days yet well over approval standards (salary) and after communicating we went a different way tried to have us. In our opinion should be more educated on laws and more responsive.
