Next tour is Saturday July 19 between 10 and 4, times available on Zillow. If you can't make it to a tour you booked in Zillow, let us know ASAP so we can open up that slot for somebody else. If you are a no-show, you are removed from all of our future properties. If you don't see a time available, message us and we will manually double book, because there are always a lot of no shows. The apartment is GORGEOUS. It is actually stunning and VERY CLASSY. We as landlords are a wife/husband team. Our motto: "We don't rent anything we wouldn't live in, and we like nice places!" We carefully screen for tenants who are simply nice good people. We are HONEST and straight forward. The paint is clean white with shades of blue on the accent walls, from a navy accent wall in the largest bedroom to pale blue in the smallest bedroom. Same pale blue penny tile spans all the way to the ceiling in the kitchen with bright crisp white cabinetry also to the ceiling surrounding stainless steel appliances. The entire apartment is adorned with rich deep dark oak hardwood trim custom built by a skilled carpenter. Three REAL bedrooms with full closets. None of that "we wanted more rent so we turned a living room into a bedroom" business! One bedroom has a private half bath and this is the only room with DuPont stain resistant thick-pile cream carpet. The full bath for the rest of the unit has marble tile floors, a custom vanity, and chrome fixtures. The rest of the apartment has refinished luxurious dark real hardwood oak floors throughout. Super high ceilings. Unique light fixtures and ceiling fans with modern sleek lines or bling, depending upon the room. The dining room has a beautiful nighttime skyline view of the city to the north through new, tall, double-hung, high-quality windows and window treatments. Central heat/AC, dish washer, and high-end fixtures. Many of the fans come with remote controls and some lights are on dimmer switches for ambiance. This is the third floor. Great views and no one above you making noise, but you do have to climb three flights. Great exercise! The street is a dead-end into 63rd and 65th on both ends, with many single-family homes towards 65th street for a quieter integrated neighborhood. There is coin laundry in the basement. The landlord is very nearby and has 20 years' experience managing properties. The other tenants in the building are mature and reasonable folks. There is a new security camera system being installed as we speak, weather permitting. The owners have a green thumb: the garden out front is fairy wonderland, installed last year, and it will be lush with flowers and vines and strawberries in another year once it matures. Full disclosure, the hallway is the last work in progress. The foyer is complete, but the rest of the hall stairway is the last renovation slated for end of next year. WE INVEST IN OUR BUILDINGS. Dogs and cats are welcome, as long as it is not more than two animals total. Dogs must pass a screening. All animals must come with complete and up-to-date veterinarian records. THE FINE PRINT: You must have a credit rating of 620 or higher with no evictions or bankruptcies, no exceptions. Every adult in the unit must pass this rule. We are very understanding, but this one thing is non-negotiable. Owner pays for trash, water, sewer, and hot water. Tenant pays central air, electric, gas.
