Charming space with huge yard right behind abbot Kinney! The walk to my morning coffee at intelligensia is about 3 minutes. Everything you need is walking distance, including the grocery stores (Erewhon is a 5 min walk). I usually drive to Whole Foods but that's a 15 min walk. The walk to the beach through abbot Kinney is 15 minutes, so you have the best of both worlds- one of the most artistic streets in LA and the famous Venice beach boardwalk. Features a massive yard right behind Abbot Kinney. It's shared with 2 other tenants who live in the triplex, but it feels like your own because the place faces the whole yard. Plus the other tenants barely ever hang out there. Parking is never an issue on the street, usually I part mine literally right in front of the door. The 2nd bedroom is fit perfect for an office or studio! Otherwise it's pretty small for a bed so this place is suggested for 1 person our a couple. Outdoor pets are allowed with an additional damage deposit and cleaning fee. If the pet is an indoor pet, it definitely can't come with the furniture.
