Guests will have access to the entire house with three dedicated bedrooms and a huge bonus room upstairs that can potentially be turned into extra sleeping space. Enjoy a cozy open concept kitchen, a washer and dryer, and a large back deck and backyard excellent for entertaining and family activities. Extra bedding sheets for air mattresses and bath towels are provided for parties of eight guests or more and are available upon prior request at booking. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee. Situated just minutes from Lake Lanier and close to highways, shops, and restaurants, this home is ideally located for event attendees and those looking to explore the area. The neighborhood offers a quiet and safe environment, making it a perfect base for your stay. Check-in is at 4 pm, and check-out is strictly at 10 am, with a penalty fee of half the night's stay for late check-out. No smoking (including electronic cigarettes) is allowed inside or outside within 10 ft of the property, with a $250 cleaning charge for violations. No loud noise, parties, or events that will disturb neighbors are allowed. The maximum capacity of the house is 10 people, and no overnight visitors not listed on your reservation are allowed. Unregistered guests will incur an additional charge of $50 per guest per night. Pets are not allowed unless given prior authorization, with a nonrefundable pet fee of $150 per pet per stay for approved pets under 25 lbs.
