Parking includes 1 assigned covered carport and 1 unassigned permit on a first-come, first-served basis. Additional street parking is available nearby. This condo has a super convenient Mission Valley location with easy access to major freeways and the trolley. It's just down the street from Fashion Valley mall, Costco, and Ikea, and offers a quick commute to Downtown, San Diego beaches, shopping, and dining. It's also close to top medical centers, including Kaiser Zion (0.5 mi), Rady Children's (5 mi), UC San Diego Medical (6 mi), and Sharp Grossmont (8 mi). Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. Smoking indoors will incur a $400 charge. Undeclared guests will be charged $65 per person per night if not disclosed. There is a $100 fee for unplugging, tampering, or covering any Wi-Fi, outdoor security cams, locks, etc. There is a $500 fee for unlawful use of our home (illegal activities or substances, etc.). For monthly guests, there is a Utility Cap of $200; guests will be responsible for any overages.
