This is a beautiful second- and third-story furnished apartment that was renovated a few years ago. It's light and airy with an open floor plan. It has hardwood floors in most of the home. The island in the kitchen provides lots of counter space and storage. There are two bedrooms and a full bathroom on the second level. The third floor is a spacious attic bedroom and half bath with an office area. The property is located along a main street of Lancaster city, giving easy access to public transportation. Being six blocks from the town center, it's walking distance from dining, shopping, and other local attractions. We do not allow pets in the apartment and have a strict no-smoking policy. Off-street parking is not provided, but there's nearly always street parking in front of the house. Parties are not permitted. Tenants pay electric bill, $26 per month for trash, $60 per month for water and sewer, and $45 per month for wifi. Heating and cooling in the unit are done by mini splits. We'd be open to either a month-to-month lease or a year lease, depending on the need of the applicant & how it fits with the availability of the unit. We require background & credit checks.
