The townhouse features a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, a dedicated coffee bar, and everything you need for meals at home. There is also a large living area with plush seating and a flat-screen TV for post-game relaxation, and an in-unit washer and dryer for added convenience. Parking is available in the attached two-car garage and extra parking is available. Located just minutes from Kyle Field, this townhouse is surrounded by Northgate's dining, nightlife, and history. The Dixie Chicken is a 5-minute walk away, and Messina Hof Winery is 15 minutes away. Guests must be 25 years or older to reserve the property. Smoking is not allowed in or on the property, and if evidence of smoking is detected, $400 will be retained to deodorize the home. Do not turn the thermostat below 69 during the summer as the unit could freeze, and the guest will be charged the cost to repair the heating/cooling system. When leaving in the summer season, turn the thermostat up to 80 degrees. When leaving in the winter season, turn the thermostat down to 60 degrees. People other than those accounted for in the booking agreement may not stay overnight in the property. If unauthorized guests are found to have stayed, a fee of $300 will be retained plus $25 per person. Pets are not allowed at Northgate Landing, and if a pet is found on the property, a pet fee will be charged and the booking may be terminated. If the cleaning crew finds that the property has been left excessively dirty, you will be billed for the additional cleaning time at a rate of $50 per hour. No trash or other items may be left on the property or outside the front door. All trash must be bagged when placed in a dumpster, or there will be a $20 charge. The property may have one or more actively recording cameras overlooking the entrance, driveway, and backyard areas, which record audio and video. All devices are on the exterior of the property.
