Landlord lives in the front house with gates separating your unit. You'll have gated parking for 1 car only- not transferrable to friends . (please note the 4 units next to us rent for $6000-7500 each and have NO parking with their unit. We have been offered $1000 for our parking spot but we are saving it for our right tenant!) A nice big bedroom with a balcony and large window. Wall heater. Washer/dryer/storage space under the unit. There are ring security cameras through out the outside of the property for safety.
