There is a total of 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom is on the 3rd floor with plenty of room and high ceilings. The basement is semi finished with washer, dryer, and plenty of storage. House is wired with high tech including CAT5e, alarm system, security cameras, and home automation for your convenience! No pets allowed. (please note, house is not furnished) Security deposit + first month + last month required before moving in. No smoking allowed. Tenant pay for all utilities. Rent is due on the 1st day of each month. $100 late fee will apply if rent is not paid by 5th day of each month. If rent is not paid by the end of the month, eviction process will be initiated. Tenant is responsible for keeping and maintaining the house in good condition. Alcohol Use - Alcohol may only be consumed by adults 21 and older, and only in a responsible manner. Drug Use - Any type of illegal Drug is not to be brought around or used in the house. Any violation of this rule and the Authorities will be contacted and tenant will be evicted. Tenants are responsible for their belongings. The home owner is not responsible for theft, lost, or damage or tenants' belongings. Renter's insurance is required. The Tenants will obey all Term and Household Rules listed above. Otherwise, The Tenants will be evicted. The Security deposit is refundable within 10 days after tenant vacates the premises. The Security deposit may be used for the purpose of repairing damage for which the tenant is responsible (beyond normal wear and tear), cleaning, or paying unpaid rent. The landlord and tenant shall conduct a pre-move in and pre-move out inspection of the rental area before the tenant moves out at which time the landlord shall inform the tenant of needed repairs and/or cleaning in writing. The tenant shall have the right to make any repairs identified at the pre-move out inspection at his or her expense before the move out date without deduction from the security deposit.
