The apartment Includes a Includes a garage space with a remote control garage door, and a single parking space in the parking lot . Apartment has a central air system for cooling and heating. Landlord pays hot/cold water, pest control and trash. Coin laundry is in the basement. Very close to many necessities, like Kroger, Wallgreens, dollar store, post office, banks and take-out restaurants, fast food, and UDF. The Property is on Beechmont Avenue, with easy bus service. #30 bus goes past the property. Bus #24 is a short walk up the street. Small animals will be considered, but with strict guidelines. This is with additional animal application and upon acceptance additional animal security deposit. $1200 per month, plus $1200 security deposit. So a minimum move in cost of $2400 for qualified applicants. The maximum occupancy at this property is 2 people per bedroom, so there is a 4 person maximum for this unit. This is a 12 month lease. All adults over 18 apply separately. A copy of your Photo ID and 2 pay-stubs (or other income proof) required. A paper application filled out entirely, is required. We do not accept the Zillow application. You must pass a required background screening, which is handled through email. So each adult must have a separate email address to process the background screening. A $30 fee ($25 if paid online) is charged for a credit/background screening, per applicant. General income guidelines for acceptance to this unit, is 3 times rent for income (so a minimum $3600 a month). An Eviction history and some criminal histories, may be a cause for denial. However, applications will be evaluated in their entirety, and the whole application will be considered on a case-by-case basis. 12 Month lease, then rolls to month-to-month

    Smells like an ashtray. Maintenance man showed it and said they're not changing out the carpet. Carpet wax filthy and smelled like a cat house. Would not even give it 1 star...
