The house is designed with symmetry, featuring two bedrooms each equipped with an en-suite bathroom and access to a private outdoor shower. Both bedrooms have patios that connect to the outdoor fire pit. The open-concept living room and dining area provide a perfect setting for group quality time. The kitchenette includes basic kitchen essentials but excludes an oven or stovetop. Guests have full access to the house, outdoor spaces, and a private driveway, ensuring convenience and privacy during your stay. Located just outside of downtown Fredericksburg, this home offers easy access to local attractions. Nearby, you'll find Tubby's Icehouse, Hitchin Post Steakhouse, Pecan Groves Store, Kuckuck's Nest, The Auslander, Pioneer, 78624 The Bar, and La Bergerie, all within a short drive. The property has a no-pets, no-smoking, and no-parties policy. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. Guests under the age of 25 are not permitted on the property at any time. If the home is left unattended without securing the lock upon check-out, guests assume responsibility for any loss that may occur. Fireworks and the use of firearms or weaponry onsite are prohibited. Please be mindful of water usage due to low pressure from the water well, especially during extreme heat and drought conditions. The owner lives on the backside of the property, so please respect their privacy. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $50 replacement fee per key. This is a dark sky community, so please shut off any lights when not in use to preserve the natural night sky. The HVAC system should not be set above 76F (heating) or below 68F (cooling), and adjustments should be made gradually to avoid overloading the system. A laptop computer is not included.
