Just around the corner to Be Love Yoga, Bramble , Lot 6, and walking distance to Nothing's Left Brewery. It is a secure building with cameras for added security. Rent does not include electric, but it does include WiFi throughput the building. All units are high efficiency units with Lowe-E windows and New insulation throughout. We like to keep our homes clean, so a bi weekly cleaning of the common areas is also included. Small pets are allowed with a nonrefundable $200 one time pet fee. Limited space for parking is $15 per month extra when space is available. Tenants pay electric, but free high speed WiFi is available throughout the building.
