With a large hooded Wolf grill and a beautiful table which can seat up to eight people, this will be the spot to entertain! Wai'ula'ula has a recently renovated pool and hot tub, as well as a well appointed fitness room Only 20 minutes to Waimea, but often 15 degrees warmer (and much less windier), on the ground floor which allows you to have grass under your feet, this is the Hawai'i where you want to live. We are looking to lease for 9 to 12 months and possibly renew. Renter is responsible for all utilities, which vary based on utilization, but cost is offset by the solar panels and batteries, which we have. No smoking allowed. Exterior parking spot.
