Month to month, it has new carpeting and a new window will be installed early October. This is a NO SMOKING BUILDING( Again, I don't rent to smokers of any substance, drugs and vaping); renter pays electric only and rent. If caught smoking on the property after stating you do not smoke, you will be evicted. I will work with the 1st month's rent; full deposit is required before moving in. The electricity has to be turnd on in your name befor you move in. Suppose you are a person who is loud and constantly shouting profanity so the entire building and neighbors can hear, and having lots of traffic in and out of your units at all hours of the day, not keeping your unit clean, you do not qualify to be a tenant! I do regular inspections within the first few months to see if tenant is complying with the lease. If you are a clean person, things are great and no regular inspections unless warranted.
