This centrally located home is only 10 minutes to Kyle Field, 2 minutes to Easterwood Airport, 5 minutes from the Fire School and 12 minutes from Downtown Bryan.
Smoking is not allowed in or on the property. If there is any evidence of smoking detected, $400 will be retained to deodorize the home. Do not turn the thermostat below 69 during the summer as the unit could freeze, and the guest will be charged the cost to repair the heating/cooling system. When leaving in the summer season, turn the thermostat up to 80 degrees. When leaving in the winter season, turn the thermostat down to 60 degrees. People other than those accounted for in the booking agreement may not stay overnight in the property. If unauthorized guests are found to have stayed, a fee of $300 will be retained plus $25 per person. Parties are prohibited. If a pet is found on the property without prior approval, a pet fee will be charged and the booking may be terminated. If the cleaning crew finds that the property has been left excessively dirty, you will be billed for the additional cleaning time at a rate of $50 per hour. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash can in the parking area, or there will be a $20 charge. If the guest wishes to have an event at the property, permission must be obtained, and an event fee will be added. Guests may not alter, tamper with, or access security cameras in any way; failure to follow this rule will result in charges for the full amount of the damage caused.
