BEFORE A LEASE IS SIGNED, THERE IS A MANDATORY SCHEDULED HOME VISIT BY A MEMBER OF THE MANAGEMENT TEAM WITH THE APPLICANT AT HIS/HER CURRENT HOME. EVERYONE WHO WILL BE LIVING IN THE PROPERTY MUST BE PRESENT. This can be done virtually or in person.
