The bedroom and living room both get amazing natural light - especially in the morning - with large east/south facing windows. The kitchen opens to the living space and features a large pantry, fridge, stove top, microwave and dishwasher. Also, steps away is a beautiful park with lush green grass and Ponderosa trees. The private neighborhood pool and sport court with basketball hoops are also a very short walk.
The apartment is ideal for one person, but 2 people would be considered. Please note parking is available for only one car. Water, sewer, electricity and natural gas are shared with the main house. Tenant portion of the cost of these utilities is $100/month. No pets and no smoking, please.
As this unit is in a peaceful community and located above the attached garage of the main house, we're looking for a quiet, respectful tenant.
