This 3 Bedroom/3 Bathroom furnished cottage comes with 2 rooms with Queen Beds and one with a Full Bed. All rooms have double closets, bedside tables and lamps, and some linens. One has a cozy electric log fireplace, and another is ADA accessible. Two have flatscreen TVs, as well as one in the living room. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, two are en suite.
The main house areas include a laundry room, full kitchen stocked with kitchen supplies, front deck, and living and dining areas. Outside there are dining bistro areas, a small koi pond, small hidden side patio area, and plant pots and landscape on irrigation.
There is a water softening system on the house, a drinking water R/O filter at the kitchen sink, and enviro-air filters on the heat and A/C, plus a solar system.
