If the windows are kept open, a/c is only sometimes necessary. Application process is through the HOA's management company. NOTE: This is a second-floor condo. Access is by stairs only. No smoking. No pets. Non-assigned parking for one car. (HOA rules allow only cars. No pickups or motorcycles.) Landlord pays water and electricity automatically; tenant reimburses within ten days.
