Welcome to Serene Green Villa, your 5-bedroom oasis just minutes from Disney! Feel at home in this spacious villa, perfect for family fun or a relaxing escape. This villa features a full kitchen with quartz counters and stainless appliances, including a drip coffee maker, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, basic pots and pans, and kitchen utensils. Enjoy the private screened pool, covered patio, smart HDTVs in every bedroom, and high-speed 500 Mbps internet. For entertainment, there's a loft with Connect 4, Scrabble, Jenga, movies, board games, and cards, plus pool toys for the private pool. Relax on the lanai by the private pool and spa, with sun loungers and an outdoor dining area. You'll also have access to resort amenities including a pool, gym, mini golf, lazy river, and water slides. Pool and spa heating is available for $35 per day and must be requested 48 hours in advance. A $50 BBQ fee will be charged per stay, which includes BBQ cleaning, a propane tank, and BBQ utensils. Close to iconic Orlando destinations, this villa is 18 minutes from Disney World, 15 minutes from Epcot, 20 minutes from Animal Kingdom, 16 minutes from Hollywood Studios, 26 minutes from Sea World, 22 minutes from Islands of Adventure, and 57 minutes from Legoland. Nearby attractions include The Oasis Club at ChampionsGate (6-minute drive) with a lazy river, water slide, and more; The Retreat Club (4-minute drive) with water slides and mini-golf; ChampionsGate Golf Club (8-minute drive); Disney's BoardWalk (27-minute drive); Pointe Orlando (28-minute drive); and ICON Park (28-minute drive). Quiet hours are between 11 PM and 8 AM. Please park only in designated areas and ensure every vehicle has a parking pass. Trash should be placed inside the bench by the front door for daily collection starting at 7:00 am. All trash must be placed in trash bags inside the bin. Loose trash found in bins is subject to a $50 fee. Avoid flushing any items in the sinks and toilets to prevent clogs. No extra guests are allowed unless permitted by the owner. Parties and events are prohibited. Please do not wash comforters, light colors, dark colors, whites together, or towels with bed linens. No pets and no smoking are allowed.
