The Bentley Apartments is a one block walk to the saltwater beaches of Puget Sound. Our building is also near many great restaurants and shops. This unit is on our 2nd floor. It has a wood-burning fireplace, outdoor deck, and all major appliances. It also has a washer/dryer hook-up. If you don't own your own washer and dryer, then we also have coin-operated laundry on site. We have elevator access to all floors. We have gated access into the building, and we also have a fully secure, gated parking garage. We are a no smoking/no pets building. We only ask for first month's rent up front and a $1000 damage deposit. We do run a full credit and background check, and we do ask for good credit with no past due amounts on your credit report in order to move in. Salary must be a minimum of a 3:1 ratio to cover the monthly rent. You must make 3X the monthly rent.
One year rental agreement. Goes month to month after one year. Must have good credit to move in. No past dues. Ability to show that prospective tenant has 3+ months of salary to rent ratio. We have a no smoking / no pets policy at our apartment building.
Water, sewer, garbage and parking for one car in our gated parking garage are included with the monthly rent. Tenant pays electricity and cable. Tenant puts down a $1000 security / damage deposit to hold unit after credit and background check is complete. Tenant pays first month's rent when they move in. We do not require last month's rent. We make it easy for our tenants with good credit.
