Extra bedding sheets for air mattresses and bath towels are provided for parties of 8 guests or more and are available upon prior request at booking. Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee. If approved, small pets under 25 lbs are allowed with a nonrefundable pet fee of $150 per pet per stay, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay.

The house is pet-free unless prior authorization is given, and a pet policy must be agreed upon if pets are approved. The property is equipped with cameras for security, and guests must not carry weapons or engage in illegal activities. A background check may be conducted if necessary.
