The open concept kitchen is cozy, and a washer and dryer are included. A large fenced backyard provides an excellent space for entertaining and family activities. Extra bedding sheets for air mattresses and bath towels are provided for parties of 8 guests or more and are available upon prior request at booking. Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee. If approved, small pets under 25 lbs are allowed with a nonrefundable pet fee of $150 per pet per stay, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay. Parking is limited to 4 standard-size cars on the premises, with no overnight street parking allowed. Guests must respect community guidelines and keep the property clean. The house is pet-free unless prior authorization is given, and a pet policy must be agreed upon if pets are approved.
