No parties or large gatherings are permitted. You will be charged $150 for late checkout without prior notice. A friendly reminder to remove your shoes when entering the house to help keep the space clean. While a small list of checkout instructions is provided, they are not mandatory but greatly appreciated to ensure a seamless transition for the next guests.
