Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. You will be responsible for any additional cleaning or damage fees.

Smoking inside will incur a minimum charge of $500 for extra cleaning, while smoking outside is permitted. No underage consumption or drugs, and no parties or large gatherings are permitted. A $150 fee will be charged for late checkout without prior notice. Please remove your shoes when entering the house to help keep the space clean. While checkout instructions are provided, they are not mandatory but appreciated for a seamless transition for the next guests.
