The apartment is on the ground floor of a small, two story apartment building. The building has coin operated laundry machines. The building is close to the Fox River Grove Metra stop on Northwest Highway. Fox River Grove is a small community between Cary and Barrington. Owner pays for water, hot water and heat. Tenant pays for electricity. We sign 12 month leases and take one security deposit. We charge applicants approximately $ 35.00 to run a background check.
