Building Management has strict occupancy rules of 2 adults only (16 years of age and older) plus 2 children. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony with all doors closed. If there is evidence of smoking indoors, a minimum $500 fine will be applied plus costs for odor removal and deep cleaning. The building is currently undergoing renovations that includes the main lobby, pool, and pool deck, which may cause moderate noise during daytime hours Monday through Friday 9am-4pm. The main lobby and front motor lobby are currently closed, though temporary pathways have been created for access. The residential pool is closed for repairs; however, the jacuzzi, pool deck, and solarium remain open. A limited number of daily passes to the Marriott Hotel pool are available on a first-come, first-served basis and must be returned after each use.
